1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete the online entry form located at:
 https://www.memobottle.com/pages/win-a-trip-to-japan
 during the competition period.

Entrants must:

  • Provide their first name and a valid email address.

  • Follow @memobottle on Instagram.

  • Tag a friend in the comments on the official giveaway post.

  • Submit a short game of skill response: describe their friend in three emojis.

Entry is conditional upon consenting to receive marketing communications from memobottle and ARRIVAL. Entrants who do not provide this consent will not be eligible to win.

Each entrant consents to their details being shared between the promoters in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies:

4. Competition Period

The competition commences on 9 October 2025 at 18.00 AEST and closes on 6 November 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the “Japan Unveiled: From Tokyo Streets to Kyoto Shrines” experience, valued at AUD $8,680, including:

  • 10 nights’ accommodation in locally curated hotels

  • 7-day JR Rail Pass for domestic travel

  • Guided tours, experiences, and trip host services

  • Ferry and train tickets for intercity travel

  • AUD $1,000 flight voucher (to be shared between two travellers)

Exclusions: Meals (other than those included in tours) and any additional travel or personal expenses are not covered by memobottle or ARRIVAL.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
 If the stated prize or any component becomes unavailable, it may be substituted with an item or experience of equal or greater value at the promoter’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

This is a game of skill. The winner will be selected based on the most creative and relevant emoji description of their friend, as judged by the memobottle team.

The judging will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 7 November 2025.
The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of selection.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Marketing Consent

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications, offers, and updates from memobottle and ARRIVAL.
Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

8. Privacy

The promoters will collect, store, and handle entrants’ personal information in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies.
Each promoter is responsible for its own data handling and communications practices.

9. General Conditions

  • The promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
