At Memobottle, we want your order to reach you quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. Below you’ll find details on shipping options, delivery timeframes, and fulfilment standards.

Shipping within Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over AUD $100

  • Flat Rate: AUD $9.95

  • Express shipping: AUD $12.50 

Shipping within New Zealand 

  • Orders 0kg–0.35kg: AUD $12.00

  • Orders 0.36kg–0.57kg: AUD $18.42

  • Orders 0.58kg–1.02kg: AUD $25.55

  • Orders 1.03kg and up: AUD $48.61

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the state. Most standard orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

All orders are dispatched from our China Distribution Centres. We partner with Australia Post and other trusted couriers to deliver nationwide.

If your delivery address is unattended, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location. If no safe place is available, a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection.

We’re proud to ship Memobottle products worldwide. Shipping rates and free thresholds differ by region.

Fulfilment Guarantee

We know waiting for your memobottles can feel like forever, that’s why we promise to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our Support team for assistance at hello@memobottle.com

Freight / Shipping Forwarders

To protect product authenticity and customer experience, Memobottle does not permit orders to be shipped to freight forwarding services. Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and collected, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Your chosen carrier will provide updates, including estimated delivery times.
