I bought the A6 memobottle bundle thinking that I was getting a stainless steel bottle. I was very surprised to open the package and find a plastic bottle. I didn’t know that you made a plastic bottle. The whole idea was for me to get away from plastic. I am disappointed that Shiela from your after sales service said that there was no way to rectify this situation.
Since using the memobottle I'm drinking more water daily. With it's unique flat design it is easy to take with you in a backpack or shoulder bag. Fits comfortably where other water bottles don't. I highly recommend this product.
